Privacy policy

Draft for the private alpha. The final policy will be reviewed before public launch.

What we collect

Your account (email, name), the jobs, notes and contacts you add, the career pages you follow, the resume text you paste for tailoring, and billing status. We do not sell personal information.

Where it is stored

Your JobStudio data is stored in Canada (Montréal region). Backups stay in the same region.

Service providers

• Supabase: database, sign-in and file storage (Canada).
• Vercel and Fly.io: hosting of the website and API.
• Stripe: payments. JobStudio never sees your full card number.
• Anthropic: processes the posting and resume text you send to JobStudio AI (Pro). Processing may happen outside Canada. Anthropic does not use this data to train its models under our commercial terms.
• Our email provider: account and billing emails.

Your choices

Marketing email is optional and off unless you tick the box. You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion at privacy@jobsstudio.net. We answer within 30 days.
