About the checker
What does the checker look at?
It picks out the skills and phrases the posting leans on (for example “project management”, “sql” or “patient care”, plus words the posting repeats) and checks whether each one appears in your resume text.
Why no percentage score?
A keyword count isn't a prediction. Employers use different applicant tracking systems with different settings, so we show you exactly which keywords are there and which aren't, and let you decide what's worth adding.
Is my resume saved anywhere?
No. The check runs in your browser. Nothing is sent to JobsStudio or stored.
Should I add every missing keyword?
Only the ones that are true for you. Put them where they belong, in your own words. Stuffing keywords makes a resume harder for people to read.
