On the sign-in page, choose “Forgot password?”, enter your email and follow the link we send to set a new one. If you signed up with Google, use Continue with Google instead.

Yes. JobsStudio runs in any modern browser on phones, tablets and computers. On a phone, the main sections are in the bar at the bottom of the screen.

Yes. Use the moon button at the top of any page, or choose Light, Dark or Auto in Settings.

From the public job boards companies publish on their own careers pages, on platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday, SmartRecruiters, Workable and Recruitee. Each company is checked about once a day.

Open Radar, enter the company name and paste the link to its jobs page, such as jobs.lever.co/company or boards.greenhouse.io/company. New roles appear in Find jobs after the first scan, usually within a few minutes.

JobsStudio reads careers pages hosted on the supported platforms. On the company site, open the list of jobs and copy that page's link; it often lives on a platform address rather than the company's own domain. Job boards such as LinkedIn or Indeed can't be followed.

In Find jobs, type a city, region or country in the location box, or turn on Remote. You can also limit results to the last day, three days, week or month.

Save it from Find jobs, or choose Add job in the tracker and paste a link. JobsStudio reads the title, company, location, salary and description when the site allows it; otherwise fill them in by hand.

Drag the card on the board, or open the job and choose a new stage. JobsStudio records the date of every change.

Yes. In the tracker, choose Export CSV to download every job as a spreadsheet file.

In Resume, choose Download PDF or Download Word. The file saves to your downloads with your latest changes, ready to send or edit.

Open a saved job and go to Tailor. Choose a match check, tailored bullets or a cover letter, and JobsStudio builds a prompt from the posting and your resume. Paste it into the AI assistant you use and review the result.

Not on the Free plan. The prompt is built in your browser, and nothing is sent anywhere until you paste it yourself.

Only you. Every account's jobs, notes, resumes and contacts are private to that account.

Send us a privacy request from the contact page using the email address on your account. We delete your account and data within 30 days and confirm by email.
