Is the PDF readable by applicant tracking systems?
Yes. It's real text in a single column with standard headings, which is the format those systems read most reliably.
How is the ATS score worked out?
From the text on your resume: keywords from the job (required ones count double), how your bullets read, whether contact details and standard sections are there, and formatting that systems can read. It's our estimate. Employers' systems differ and no score guarantees an interview.
Can I have more than one resume?
You can keep one master resume and tailor it for each job by hiding or showing sections. More templates are planned.
